Is the Payment Process secure by using debit/credit card?
Yes, it is the Aduno payment services, which is handling all the transactions and payments of orders made on our web site. As soon as the customer selects items to buy, the site automatically redirects to the secure payment gateway of Aduno SA / Via Argine 5 / CH-6930 Bedano.
What type of cards do you accept for a payment?
We accept payment from all valid Debit/Credit MasterCard, Visa and PostFinance Cards.
On what grounds an order can be declined?
1. If the customer is not having enough funds in Bank/ Post Finance Card Account
2. If the Card is not authorized by bank due to any false information given while making the order.
3. We may reject an order if a customer wants to receive products on an alternative address which is different than the billing address.
When you will be charged
Payment by credit, debit or check card: The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships. Your card will be only charged for the total amount of all items that ship. Any items that do not ship will not be charged to your card.
Out of Stock
On occasion, an item may go out of stock during the check out process. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, your shipping confirmation email and order total will reflect this.
If your order contains multiple items we will ship those items that are in stock. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will indicate any items that did not ship due to out of stock reasons. For your protection tropicalzone.ch does not store credit card information. We do not ship backorders for this reason.
Shipping
All shipping is currently being handled through the Swiss Postal Service. The shipping Cost will appear after you check-out i.e., after you have submitted your order. All orders will be processed and shipped generally within 2-3 Business Days.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, we are shipping our products within Switzerland Only.

Can I obtain a copy of my previous invoice or order?
You will always receive an e-mail to confirm your order with us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change any items in your order as well as can totally cancel the order by contacting us: info@tropicalzone.ch, before we dispatch it.
What should I do if my order gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipment?
For lost or stolen orders, please report your complaint within 2 working days after estimated delivery time. For products damaged during shipping, please report us immediately on the day you receive them.
What should I do if I get wrong products?
We are happy to exchange products as far as they are in resalable condition and within the original packaging. If a mistake is made from our side or you were not informed before we sent you an alternative product, we will do shipping at our cost otherwise if you change your mind about a product you will have to pay shipping charge again. Please do send any products back before informing us first.
Does the price of product include VAT?
No, all prices are excluding the VAT.
What is your replacement and refund policy?
If you don’t like the product and want to replace it, you can post it back to us by paying the shipping of both directions. The Products must be in resalable condition and within the original packaging.

Synthetic and Human hair Wigs / Hair extensions, Eye lashes,
Nail Polishes and blades, Make-up and Food/Frozen Foods:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned for any reason. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
Due to sanitary reasons, there is no return on used or opened makeup.

All replacements or refunds should be made within 7 days after receiving the items and the items should not be unpacked or used.
