Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery are limited to Switzerland. Products are sent to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
- Deliveries are carried out by Swiss Post, our in-house delivery service, or other carriers. Generally, products are in stock and delivered within 3 to 8 days. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified by email.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or Swiss public holidays.
- The delivery times provided by CATEBO GMBH are estimates. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order, claim damages, or demand penalties.
- Once the package has been handed over to Swiss Post, CATEBO GMBH is not responsible for theft or loss. If the security of the mailbox is questionable, the customer should request shipping with a signature. Once the goods are delivered or deposited at the customer's residence, the risk (including theft, damage by third parties, or weather-related damage) transfers to the customer.
- Whenever possible, delivery notes and invoices are sent by email.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility. They are displayed in the "shopping cart" section and calculated based on the package weight.
- In Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the purchased products and the required packaging per order.
- If certain products are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will neither be shipped later nor replaced. Only the delivered items will be invoiced, as listed on the final invoice. Customers are not entitled to compensation or refunds for missing products.
